Dr. Shatha Alkhalidy is a specialist orthodontist with 15 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
She earned her degree from Ajman University of Science & Technology in 2008, followed by a Master’s in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics from Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine & Health Sciences in 2017.
In 2021, Dr. Shatha was awarded a bi-collegiate specialist membership diploma in orthodontics (MOrth) offered by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG). The diploma is awarded to dental practitioners who have demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skills in orthodontics.
Her expertise lies in interceptive orthodontics for growing children, managing pediatric and adolescent cases involving dentofacial modification, and treating malocclusions in adults using metal, ceramic, and self-ligating brackets. She is a certified provider of Invisalign and TADs (micro-implants).
